As a native Oregonian, Leslie Hilbert brings community knowledge and experience throughout the entire Portland Metro Area. She started her real estate career in 1999 while obtaining her Bachelors of Business Administration. She has participated in the many different aspects of the real estate industry from customer service specialist to transaction coordinator to Buyer and Listing Specialist to Lead Agent of The Hilbert Team. She went on to be the productivity coach to team leader of the Keller Williams Sunset Corridor. Now she fills her time being the General Manager at Xperience Brokerage Network, overseeing six market centers that spread throughout Oregon. After 21 years in the industry she is even more passionate about educating people and helping the real estate industry thrive.
